• Local contact identifiers for blacklisted contacts

Important: All data remains exclusively on your device. The App does not use encryption for stored data beyond what is provided by your device's operating system.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your contacts data to:

• Filter and organize birthday entries

2.2 Reminders Integration

With your permission, we use the Reminders framework to:

• Create birthday reminders

3. Data Protection and Security

3.1 On-Device Processing

The App is designed to function completely offline and does not include any networking capabilities. It does not:

3.3 Third-Party Libraries

The App incorporates the following types of third-party Swift libraries:

• UI enhancement libraries
• Utility frameworks

These libraries operate entirely within the App's sandbox and do not collect or transmit user data. We carefully select dependencies that respect user privacy.

4. Your Choices and Rights

4.1 Permission Controls

You maintain full control over the App's permissions:

• Contacts access can be granted or revoked through your device settings

• Reminders access is optional and configurable

4.2 Data Management

You can manage your data directly within the App:

• Delete individual birthday entries
• Blacklist specific contacts
• Reset all preferences
• Clear all stored data

4.3 Data Deletion

To completely remove your data:

• Use the in-App "Clear All Data" function (if available)
• Uninstall the App, which will remove all locally stored information

Note: Blacklisted contact identifiers are retained locally to prevent unwanted re-importing unless explicitly cleared.

5. Future Features

5.1 In-App Purchases

The current version contains no in-app purchases. If introduced in future updates:

• We will provide clear information about available purchases
• No payment information will be stored within the App
• Transactions will be processed through Apple's secure payment system

5.2 App Enhancements

Future versions may include:

• Additional customization options
• Enhanced reminder capabilities
• Improved user interface

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since all data is stored locally on the device and not transmitted anywhere, parents or guardians are responsible for managing app access and potential uninstallation if concerned about their child's use of the App.

8. No Contact Mechanism

The current version of the App does not include any built-in support or contact features. Since the App operates entirely offline with no data transmission, there is no mechanism or need to contact the developer regarding data-related concerns.

9. California Privacy Rights

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents may request certain information regarding disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. Since we do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, these provisions do not apply to our App.
